If your application is approved, the specific terms of your financing—including loan amount, interest rate, fees, repayment schedule, and other conditions—will be detailed in a separate loan agreement. We may charge origination fees, administrative fees, and other costs associated with processing and servicing your loan. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you accept any financing offer. There are no hidden fees. Late payment fees and other penalties may apply as outlined in your loan agreement.
If you accept a loan, you agree to repay the principal, interest, and any applicable fees according to the repayment schedule outlined in your loan agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, negative credit reporting, collection activities, and legal action.
